(4) WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCOMMODATION BOOKING IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
All accommodation rooms will be held until midnight and obviously held if you inform them of the delay. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance which we can arrange at very competitive rates at the time of the booking.

(5) WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO GET A REFUND?
Any necessary refund will be transferred directly to the credit/debit card that the reservation was originally purchased on. We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control which we, nor our suppliers, could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. For example war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster, terrorist activity.

(7) UNTIL WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING WITHOUT BEING CHARGED?
If you wish to make any amendment to the booking after it has been confirmed, this can be done by e-mail to: info@latebreaks.com ONLY, and subject to availability. (Please quote your booking reference number). Any amendment may cause a hotel change from the original booking confirmation due to our hotel allotment availability at that time.
You will normally be charged the 1st night's accommodation on all cancellations and cancellations that are less than 24 hours of arrival are charged 100% of the booking cost. Please refer to the relevant accommodation policy shown when booking as these can vary. There are also notes on the relevent web site booking form outlining the cancellation terms in connection with the booking; we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance which we can arrange at the time of the booking. A deposit is deducted on confirmation of the booking, the balance is paid directly to the hotel upon arrival/departure (unless otherwise agreed). This deposit is non refundable. when possible this deposit may be transfered in certain circumstances. (9) DO I NEED TO RECONFIRM MY BOOKING WITH THE ACCOMMODATION DIRECTLY?
No. All the hotels showing immediate availability (on-line booking) have assigned rooms to the database and the booking centre will confirm any rooms shown on request when the booking is agreed with you and held by valid credit card. We then advise the accommodation and you of the accommodation booking prior to your arrival.

(10) WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ONLINE AND ON REQUEST CONFIRMATION?
Online confirmation is from the allocated rooms that the Latebreaks.com database holds for their clients and can be confirmed online to you in minutes. We forward the booking prior to your arrival. On request confirmation is where we have no automatic availability and generate a manual request directly to the accommodation. You should receive the reply to your request within 1 to 8 hours of submission depending on the time of day and availability.

We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as
practicable after being notified of them. However because of the

Once you have logged onto the system during a given session, wherever you go on the site, your information will stay with you.

If you are a previously registered user and you have lost or forgotten your password, you may obtain it by email by using our "Forgot Password" feature. Click the button on any login page to request that your password be emailed to you. We cannot provide your password by any other means.

Your Latebreaks account can be deleted, but doing so will result in not being able to access any of the features of the program that require user registration.

The kind of security precautions that are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information

Other than the administrator of Latebreaks or other authorized personnel of Latebreaks.com, you are the only person who has access to your personal information. Your user registration is password-protected to prevent unauthorized access.

Latebreaks.com is a general audience web site. Children should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal information to anyone online. Latebreaks.com does not share personal information about users under the age of 13 with third parties and we do not sell or rent personal information about any of our users, regardless of age. In addition, Latebreaks.com will not send any direct email offers to users who indicate they are under the age of 13.
